Sloped driveway- How do I determine whether car is level?

In my modelling kit I have a small item like a school protractor, but with a weighted needle with a pointer telling me the angle of whatever it sits on. eg my garage floor is at ~2 degrees off flat, which I pretty much ignore for the purposes of checking the tranny oil.
With the car sitting on your driveway,Run a string from the centre of the front wheel with a level hanging on it, to the rear wheel centre; lift the end until the level reads flat; measure the distance you had to lift the string end above the wheel centre. This will then be the height the rear wheel needs to be lifted higher than the front wheel, to get the car flat. reverse front for rear if you back up the driveway of course. If you measure the angle in degrees, take the Tan of it, multiply by 2500mm to get the same figure. eg tan 2 degrees is .035 * 2500 = 87mm or 3.4"

Another option is to buy those laser levelling tools, such as:

I have a siilar tool, which is invaluable around the house. They will serve you well in aligning your wheel centercaps
