P S belt

87 five speed, lost the PS belt got the car on stands, alternator out of the way, loosened the lower bolt on the pump but still can not move it to get new belt on. What allows it to swing?

Three M8 bolts pull the PS pump to the cassette and then there is the adjuster bolt.

Could not see the slots in the poor light, but got it.
