Ok i pulled the cover off and noticed no pieces hanging around. I did check the tire tire again for movement and nothing it seemed to be locked in pure posi mode. It seems the 2 smaller gears in the rear had moved apart and wedged themself againt the housing. As you see in the pic on the center rod where one sat. Its about 1/8 away from where it should sit. So i ordered my parts and im putting a LSD in also since there isnt one.
