Recent ideas for 928 Vanity Plates
Hey Gang,
I'm still searching for that perfect vanity plate for my '89 Shark. Here are few ideas that I recently dreamed up / borrowed from others - sorry for any repeats -
NINE 28
TYPE 928
ARKSHAY
CARCHAR (as in carcharodon = shark)
H20PMPR
H20 YES (seems there are 991 owners who say just say "no")
H20 V8
H20 PLAY
ACME - Vanity Plate Simulator

You can't have "Jett Lag" in Florida- I have that one already.
My other idea: CURVES, though I don't know if it is available. The tag and title office is usually pretty cool about going through a list of possibles and telling you whether they are available.

I recently had to renew my personal plates, but never received a notice in the mail. So I went to the DMV, and it turns out there is another vehicle in California with the same plate!!! What's up with that? I ordered the plates almost 2 years ago. DMV let me keep the plate and re-register, but will investigate. Whoever has had the plate the longest will get to keep it, other user will have to surrender the plates. I should find out in a month or so. In the meantime, EXTURBO stays on the ex-Callaway turbo.

The cool thing about this is you can get PORSCHE or one of the other popular tags (but you've can't put them on your car)
