Cameron- Nice looking car!! Is that yours? I've never seen the 5 spokes on a 928, they look great. Are they a direct fit or are spacers required?

Yea, that's my GT. Its a German Spec car - the corner marker lights were added during importation. Mechanically they are the same (Euro vs USA) by the time my car was made (ie same output, suspension, brakes, etc). Differences are more subtle. The original German owner (after Porsche) imported the car when he moved stateside in about '95. Anyway, I got the 5-spoke idea from another Rennlister's 928 - Greg Grey I think is his name.

I tried both 996 and 986 fitment and went with the Boxster set up. No spacer's required. Some folks have gone with the much tighter 996 fitment - rear spacer is definately required in this case.

Happy shark hunting!

Dan...

Where in San Diego are you. I have an '89 S4 Auto I could show you or take you for a ride in so you can see how you like the auto. If you are in a trafficky commute situation you will like it and they are very good performance-wise. Not selling my car tho...

Bill- Thanks. In in Rancho San Diego. Off the 94. My commute is not that bad as the 94 doesn't get to backed up.
