I found someone parting a 80 shark, he'll send me the rear seat belts but I'm not sure if they're right, my laptop won't do the resolution needed for the PET so I can check it, can someone tell me if 80 rear belts work in a 78? I don't have a rear seat storage compartment if the makes a diff
the part # is 928803.082.02 and 928803.015.03
if someone would look them up on PET for me I'd appreciate it
I'm getting glove box door, door panels, tool cover/tools, rear seat belts $115 + shipping WHOO HOOO!!!
you should be OK on the belt. 928 803 015 03 fits a bunch of early years.
The latch is different. It appears that according to PET, the 80 has a different design and part number. It's a "lock" and fits either left or right side. I suppose that's the one for use with the rear center console. The 78 and 79 lists "push button lock" left and right part numbers.
BTW, if you have PET 5, download this program called Winspace Light. (link below) It allows you to move frames of open pages around the desktop, which will alow you to pan PET and reach all the buttons. PET 6 won't even load on a computer which won't support the screen resolution needed, so Winspace won't work if you can't load PET 6, but it works great with PET5.
thanks Greg, I have PET 6 but my laptop is a widescreen and does 1440 x 900, oh well I'll get the belts and just get a diff latch and put these latches in the Free Section...
