Might as well do the cam covers. I just did head gaskets and oil pan gasket.

Your working pretty fast.
Things are looking good.
Then , I was looking at the OPG,
it appears from the picture that it is bulging out from being squished.

If this is true then please follow what else I have written,
If its not squishing out disregard it.

NOTE the bolts should be tightened to just past snug,
so the edge of the seal is flat but the seal is clamped.

I put blue loctitie on the bolts after cleaning them,
then snug them all down,
then use a two fingers on a 1/4 inch drive ratchet to give them about a 1/3 of a turn more.
Of course I use a box ratchet wrench for the front bolts.

Now The OPG is square. Not bulging. The pic was taken before all the bolts were installed so some places it was out and in.

Got some more done yesterday.
Vacuum hoses, spark plugs, wires and those little retainers, should have install them when the VCs were off. Removed the seized air pump. Front subframe torqued. Installed new rear tires and yes WD40 works wonders on the wheels. Now I don't need to paint them.
I couldn't get the main fuel line reconnected and the right air pump piping joint. I should have remove it and blanked to ports. I forgot what size bolts.

I just used a leather wrap.
Good idea with the interior trunk side trim. Mine are badly sun damaged. I have black ones in good condition but would rather vinyl wrap the existing ones but can't find a matching color blue/black.
I too took a break from my engine.
