I'm interested in how your shift **** attaches to the shift lever- do you have a photo of the other end? Looks like there's a setscrew of some sort? I have a refinished rootwood **** but it's missing the insert that mates it to the shift lever.

See post #5- my **** is missing its original (I think leather) insert. The pic in post #5 is a standard factory plastic insert, just sitting partway in there.
