For starters, the seller claims to be in Italy.

Second, 99.99% sure it's a scam. The selling profile hasn't been used since 2021 - which is typically a dead giveaway of an account that's been hijacked.

The vast majority of parts for sale on various buy / sell pages are complete scams with made up or stolen accounts. It's getting so brazen these scammers are starting their own buy / sell pages.
