Default Hard line retention clips

Are there any alternatives to these plastic sleeved nuts used to retain hard lines (power steering, fuel, trans cooler). Most of the ones on my car are split and do not securely hold the lines.
The one for the power steering lines is especially problematic. I have replaced it several times and it splits as I am installing it the first time.
I am curious if there is an equivalent modern replacement or possibly a better hack that someone has figured out.

Here is the specific piece I am referring to.

Looks like a great 3d printing project.

I agree a 3D printed replacement sleeve nut made from a less brittle material would be ideal.

The above spark plug wire retainer is missing the critical sleeve nut secures the retainer to the mounting screw.

Since I don't have access to a 3-D printer or any skills to render a new design, I improvised using a piece of windshield washer hose and a tapping screw with captive washer I had in my box of random parts. I threaded the hose onto the mounting screw on the chassis about halfway, and then secured the tapping screw into the other half of the hose over the retaining clip. The results was better than I expected. It held very securely.
