Went through this on my GTS with Bilstein shocks and the 928 International Eibach springs earlier this week. I don't do this on my own. I had my shop do it. My shop got to 170 on the front and 165 on the rear before running out of thread on the collar. Previously, the car been set up for autocross and by my calculations it was about an inch lower all around.
The correct ride height makes a real difference. And now I don't worry about bottoming out.

did you get an Ohlins collar wrench on amazon 18.00
NOTE spray some PB Blaster on the collar and the perch area,
Jack up the front ,
turn the wheels to the left and make sure the weight is off the wheel,
The collar should spin pretty easily,
wear leather gloves.

No I used the spanner that came with the shocks, did spray PB blaster and had the wheel off the car. The spanner is short handled will get this long Ohlins collar wrench. I was able to get i

OOPS turn the wheels to the right , then you can adjust both sides with the wheels on.
