Default 1979 no power to fuel pump wiring diagram help

Trying to test my rebuilt CIS FD and have a jumper switch installed in place of the fuel pump relay. I have power at pins and get voltage at jumper when I turn on the installed inline switch. No power to fuel pump.

Wiring Diagram for the 1979 shows a "T5" terminal between the relay and the fuel pump but the wire diagram index page does not list a T5 or location for the 1979.

I had jumped the fuel pump relay months ago when I decided that the FD needed a rebuild but then life happened and here I am chasing wires.

Can someone confirm if T5 exists and where it is?

along the bottom row of connectors on the CE panel find T
NOTE if the CE panel has ever gotten wet,
their is a good chance that the connectors that plug into the fuse pins will be corroded ,
this is especially important on the fuel pump fuse output/ input.,
the fuse can be good and power can be coming in but not going out to the pump.
Same can happen to the connectors along the bottom of the CE panel,
also look carefully as one of the connector pins could have pushed out of these connectors

Totally forgot all the connectors at the bottom were labeled A-Z.

I pulled the T connector off and the pins are in very good shape. I did engage the jumper and am not getting voltage to pin 5 so I guess I will be pulling the fuse panel to get a look at the back side.

I pulled the fuse panel and checked the wiring between the fuse and the relay socket and got good continuity. I reinstalled and had 12.5 volts at pin 30 but with jumper installed and switched on I was getting less than 1 volt at pin 5 of the T connector. I used a simple jumper wire and got 12.5 V to pin 5.

Looking at my jumper toggle switch it apparently has a fault that allows the LED to illuminate but not allow full current to flow.

Of course not the end of the story as once I got full voltage back to the fuel pump it was not running and getting very warm to the touch. Tapping on it had no effect so I am assuming it did not like the months of inactivity and aging fuel.

Another lesson hopefully learned. Don't trust that your testing tools are working properly!
