Angry 87 five speed

Well not only did my Throw Out Bearing just fail, tonight moving the car to the lift it will start fine but the starter keeps running! Have to turn off the motor to stop it. So I am guessing this is in the switch for the key, also just a week ago for the first time my key pulls out the cylinder also! My guess is the pod needs to come off to change/ replace the switch?

start with the IG switch disconnect the battery before you touch the pod.
NOTE if the starter sticks on, then the unit has to be taken apart and lubricated,
if you park on a wet surface or dirt or grass,
the moisture will invade the parts under the car
