Early arrival and/or later departure date requests may be requested but are not guaranteed the special block rate and subject to hotel availability. All room reservations will include hot buffet-style breakfast.

Attendees of the Rendezvous 928 – 2024 are responsible for making their own reservations and handling payment. The hotel has an individual call-in method of taking reservations for groups. When attendees call to make reservations, they should reference “Rendezvous 928” to access the reserved room block at the discounted rate. Once reservations are confirmed, attendees have up to 24 hours prior to arrival to cancel or the card they used to make the reservation will be charged for the first night’s stay.

We made our reservations! Called the hotel number, 406-338-2400 and they were easy to deal with - $269/night for our group rate. See you in August .

A lot of work has gone into planning this years event. We truly hope everyone has a great experience. We have planned a full day Fun Run that will go down in history as one of the best.

Spoke to Joyce. We have Conf room Sat ALL DAY: 8am to 11pm! They are honoring 1 day early arrivals at the block rate, but "while supplies last!"

Dan and Jill...Confirmed! (runs to parts suppliers websites ordering parts furiously!) I've booked 16,17,18....check out Monday? IIRC from prior thread...Monday was the take off day? We are going to dip down to see family in CO. Let me know if Sunday is the bug out day and I can adjust.

As with most event yes Sunday is officially the last day. However hearing multiple people coming in early and leaving late. Atlanta 928 Owners are arriving on Thursday and leaving on Sunday. This group is on a 2 WEEK touring drive making alot of the highlight driving roads with 1 full day in Rapid City to revist some of those sites.
Working on meet up with Harvey's MOM for a short visit as well.
