Any input from the community on the new Eagle f1 GS D3 tires? I've read some very good things about the tire. Also I have been told by one of the big 3 that owners are going with 275/40/17 on rears and 235/45/17 on the front for a more aggressive look and handling rather than using the OEM 225 front and 255 rear. Has anyone done this size and is it a good thing to do? I'm buying the wheels and tires asap if I haven't been told wrong on these sizes.

I just installed new Michelin Pilot Sport PS2's on my '94 GTS, 245/40x17 fronts and 255/40x17 rears. Really great tires, low noise, great traction, but about $20-25 more per tire than the Goodyear's. Traction is so good that I cannot "light them up" from a standing start (automatic trans) like I could with the Dunlop 8000's I replaced.
