Check your king leads [- edit sorry i see you have new so assume these are OK] Mine had a fracture that I chased for ages. Intermittent misfire/whole bank drop out. Laser temp sensor will identify the bank. Also check coil itself. Otherwise I think amplifiers on the slam panel but you need to research the site/wait for others to chip in as I haven't read up/experienced/remembered what I have seen on the subject

usually this is a grounding coil wire ,
NOTE the coil wire must not touch anything along its run or it can be damaged and ground the spark.
If the coil wires are damaged or the ends are corroded it would be prudent to replace the coil wires.
NOTE its also possible you got bad distributor caps
I suggest that you use new Bosch parts ,
that said I have seen where new Bosch caps internally short out taking down a cylinder .
Use an IR gun to determine what cylinders are not firing,
then install one of the old caps to that ignition system,
see if the misfire goes away.

If four cylinders are dropping out the ignition modulus (two) one for each coil can also be the cause.
