SilverSFR,
Sorry I don't have a pic of it installed. It would be on a 32V if I did.

The gauge I provide with my kit is stainless steel, liquid filled, 0-100psi with 1/4npt brass connection. Included is a custom fitting with 1/4npt on one end and metric threads on the other end to fit on the fuel rail. For the seal I use an o-ring that fits into a machined groove on the fitting and against the fuel rail. You can tighten it finger tight and it won't leak. Here is a picture of what it looks like.

Nice piece Tim.

The O-ring is an effective, cheap way to solve the male fitting issue.

OK. I'll buy one. Right now. Not the kit (yet), but the pressure gauge setup.

Anybody else?

Hello Mr. Tim Murphy. Do you use- WIKA-Guages? And if you do I'll vouch for them.Excellent quality and built to withstand H2S. We use them all the time on our hydrogen sulfide recovery systems. Mike.

I used a Defi gauge w/electronic sender...
Your choice w/ many options. I used a rail gauge b4 and will suite your needs well. It will work well for a few years.
Truly, if you need to check your FP... just buy a FP tester, and use it as needed.

Photos of my solution to the fuel pressure gauge mounting problem are here. We cut a relief in the flat end of the nut to hold an o-ring against the fuel rail.
