BTW did you verify that the new fuse block connections internally matched the old ones as I noted - you MUST do this - it is not optional. You could seriously damage your car if this is incorrect.

Did you test the fuses with the fans running?

Alan,

I attempted to but when I pulled the cover off of the one I was replacing, some of the blades fell out to so I had nothing to compare the new one to. I didn’t even try to open the replacement. It was from an 87/88 according to 928s International. I thought they were an even swap. My car is a 89. I did test with the AC on so bothe should have been running
