Todd,Great job so far! I bet you got a lot of advice at the UK 928 gathering! What type of laser cuter is that, make and model? have enjoyed seeing your video’s keep it up.

Respect for the effort with the laser cutter, should be an business for all owners with hacked door cards!
I would repair the cardboard, use a not perforated vinyl skin and rebuild the big two way system. This would be the best of two worlds, best possible sound and also original look.
