More information:
We stand ready to welcome you to Wichita in July! If you haven't signed up for the track event, please consider that. Even if to watch those participating and hang out with your 928 brethren for the day...not to mention the caravan back into Wichita that afternoon.
Note we will have car washing facilities *under* the Century II Convention Center in downtown Wichita, and we will have some supplies as well. We do want all 928s inside Friday night, so clean them up and park them inside (security too).
Please don't forget to email me a picture of your 928, along with the
way you would like your name badge to read. These are slick, and many of the original crew still sport their badges.
Watch the "News" section of the website please for updates. Don't hesitate to email me with any questions or comments as we go forward.
Thanks for being part of the 928 Owners Club 2004 International convention!
Interesting tidbits so far: We should have a twin turbo 928 here, either the Callaway or another, more recent version. We should have a number of supercharged 928s here. We should have a wide and varied group of 928 experts ready to share info in the tech sessions. We have requests on big brake conversions and electric fan conversions for old buggers. We have an international VIP signed up (yeah!).
My best to you all!

Hey Rich - do me a favour and tell White to pull his head out of the sand and post here too.
There's just as many, if not more, 928 folks here as are on the List.
And we're cooler...

Randy,
You know that Marc is only now gett'n used to that email thing. The web, browsers, and stuff like that is still new to him.
If we all could pitch in and buy him a new laptop PC that weighs less than 20 lbs and runs at more than his existing 20 MHz, he might be able to join our lively little slice of 928 heaven.
The two of us can pounce on him at the OC-IC, I'm in.

Marc's actually a good bud of mine - next time you see him ask him about his liason activities during Coast Guard interdiction actions.
