Default Diaphram Valve

Item #15 in diagram below and circled in photo.
It has an adjustment screw.
Anyone know proper adjustment procedure?
Thanks.

That's for the Fuel Tank Vapor recovery system, why was it "adjusted from stock" ?
I've never found a need to mess with it, IIRC it only work at Idle and w/ engine at normal operating Temp (not cold).

Just an FYI about that walnut sized valve, it costs around $500.
Mine is sitting in a drawer because it no longer held vacuum. Tank vapor is now directly to the air cleaner housing via #14 I believe.

My original wouldn't hold vacuum so I replaced it with a used one. Don't know if it was ever adjusted from stock. Just wondered if there was a procedure as I couldn't find one in WSM.

Cheers,
