Looks like a name brand and fits '85-95 according to the fitment charts I scanned. Might be a bargain for someone that needs one in an emissions testing state.

 

WOW offers a 5 year warranty for CARB (california)....how much is it? It sure looks correct

 

It was abt $490, if I recall. It was the last one and gone now. Only one they have now is E.P.A. Compliant and thus not legal in CA, NY or CO. ($482)
