Need a 928 Owner near Dulles VA to do a favor - A-Pillar Gauge Pods
I am looking for a 928 owner that might live near Dulles Airport in Dulles, VA.
We are in the process of getting a-pillar gauge pods made to custom-fit the Porsche 928 as an overlay and hold 2 or 3 gauges.
There is a thread on the 928 Forum about this if you are interested.
What we need is a 928 who can go to the shop at Gauge Works for us so they can test-fit the gauge pod prototypes.
They need to see a 928 twice - once in the first week of June so they can get the angle right - the angle of the gauges facing the driver on the 928.
I am told this will take about 15 minutes.
Then they want a 928 back in the 3rd week of June for the first test-fit, to be sure it fits correctly before we make a couple 100 of them. No mods to your car or changes will be made at all. This is just a hold-it-up-to-it test fitting.
Can anybody help who is in this geographic area? I will give a finished 928 gauge pod for free to the person that helps us with this.... and "thank you" from all of us - we all want to be sure that it fits tight and looks right, and this is the very best way to be sure of that.
Anybody interested in helping, just send me a PM or an email. Thanks!

If he can't make it, I can probably arrange to swing by. Many of us in Northern VA will be near there on Friday June 4th as we swing toward US 81 South on the way to "Sharks In The Mountains".
