Default F/S 80-84 EURO S Front Muffler Y Pipe

I have a 80-84 EURO S Y Pipe with FRONT muffler available. 92811109001.

This was for cars without the CAT. Muffler has some dents from removal and one pipe has a small hole than needs repaired. Pipe in this area is still thick so this is an easy repair. $150 plus ship, thanks!

I'm not sure how you repair rusted seams. Good luck.

It's a galvanized shield over the muffler body that was never welded. There are no problems with the actual seams.

Being for non-cat cars, I believe these are hard to find here in the US?

Your location shows Bucks County, Pennsylvania - is that where they will ship from?

For reference, I would be curious to know the pipe sizes (OD).

GLWS!

Yes, rare here in the US. My 84 Euro got cheap cats when federalized in 1984 (and this muffler presumably tossed), and then shortly after the PO took the cats off and replaced with poorly formed straight pipes in place (with stock 2 in 2 out resonator and rear muffler). It sounded ratty when I bought it. I found one of these OE Euro front mufflers at 928 International about 10 years ago, scooped it up and put my car back to the way is was delivered new in Germany. I think it sounds great - fairly quiet, but with a good deep "European V8" sound (not as quiet as it was when I had some 85/86 US cats on it for a short time).

I have not seen another come up for sale.

This will ship from Bucks County, PA and yes they are hard to find here in the US. The sound of the Euro exhaust is entirely different from the US counterpart. Much deeper tone.

Dual 2 inch outputs on these. The early cars had dual pipes running parallel on the same side of the car.

Thanks!!
