IMS ports on 87 heads

Yes they do.
However - what you need to do to fit IMS temperature probes will vary depending by geography, and hence whether the car had cats from factory, or just an airpump without catalytic converters, as both have different hardware screwed into those exhaust ports.
Non-cat cars have a weird air manifold fed by the airpump going into each of the exhaust ports through that hole, so if your car had no cats from factory, then if you will have to remove the air pump system and plug the other 6 ports to fit two temperature probes in cylinders 3/7.
Cat cars have plugs in the exhaust ports' M12 holes already so you can just undo two of them (above the block drain plugs) and screw in the probes.
I'm assuming, given you want IMS that you have cats already, in which case easy, other than the wiring and relay mounting in the cabin.
