That has been my experience. You can expedite it to a 2 week shipment, but it'll cost an extra 20%. So far that has been the fastest retail shipment from DE I have gotten from 3 dealerships...

Nono..never 20%, ive never paid more than $20, usually $2-5, but its been way less than any set percent.
