Default Parasitic draw

Finally back to this MY 1981, narrowed down an issue with battery drain. Was reading 98mA then pulled fuse 15 and it went down to 18mA which I assume would be “normal”. Been scratching my head trying to read the electrical diagrams so thought I would reach out for some advise.

Thanks in advance - Jeff

18mA is quite good - no more chasing needed when you solve this. Fuse 15 on your year is for the rear wiper motor and radio. Figure out which it is - probably the radio. this is the always on supply, The radio also has a switched supply (R) from the ignition switch. Someone has connected things wrongly. Perhaps the antenna amp is always on - something like that.

Thanks Alan!

I’ll spend some more time chasing this down and update the thread with my results.
