Default 4.7 heads on a 4.5

i cracked a cylinder on my 4.7 euro motor and need a quick replacement till its gets rebuilt. I have a 1979 short block in good condition will a set of us 4.7 heads work on the 4,5 block? if so would the euro cams work as well. Also looking for a 4,7 block to start the rebuild.

for the amount of work it will take to repair a block VS build another engine
the smart move would be to fix the broken block and install it.

The 4.7 heads will fit just fine without issue. Same for the cams.

Just know that the larger cams and valves will move the torque curve and power band up so you will lose a lot of bottom end compared to the 4.7.

It will run though.
