Hi guys, im really sorry that I have offended some of you by my sign, over here its quiet common to make jokes about religion.
But my sign was not a joke in that meaning, Im like this, I do everything more crazy than everybody else, I started out back in the early 90´s with a Vw Fastback with a Volvo Turbo engine, it was quiet crazy but a lot of fun. After that me and my crew started to build bikes and cars with turbo everything from GSXR 1100 to Alfa Romeo GTV and all with turbos.
After that I entered the drag racing sscenehere in europe with a GSXR Turbo and on my spare time I always ddrovedsportscars and Harley´s.s
In 2000 I bought a Super Twin Top Fuel bike and we found a crazy driver and we drives the entire European Championship.
I have until now have had over 100 cars and of them I have had 9 Porsches 924, 924 Turbo, 944 Turbo, 928S, 911SC, 964RS 928S, 928GT, 914-8 and a Porsche 918 RSK replica with a Alfa 33 boxer engine.
In 2001 I builded a Mitsubishi Evo 6 with 550HP and this one was called EvilEvo and there is where I got my name.
But things that other people find to crazy and to wild appeals to me.
And from that some one stated "God is good but Satan is super" That means for me that being "normal is great but being crazy is even better"
I have my own IT consultant company and are hard working with design and arcitecture for complex network enviroment.
I also have another ccompany that are building cars and bikes for customers, but it is a small company with only to employees.

And one more thing remember that its hard to write what you have on
your mind when english is not the main language...

But if you look up my old post you will see that I only write about Porsches and that Im like all of you think that religion and politics and things like that can be posted somewhere else.

And if someone have any opinions please PM me instead!

And to Johan sorry, Im not used to have people telling me what to do, and I have never meet anyone that could be offended by a sign.
But hey it´s a big world and there is a place for all of us here.
And my favorit place is in the drivers seat in a Porsche.

Have a real nice shark week, I know I will

Welcome back EvilEvo

After reading your post I regret deleting my posting, the one just before yours in wich I said that anyone can get angry and say things he doesn't mean in the heat of the moment.

I always say if I have never made a mistake in my life I could blame someone else for making a mistake but fortunatly thats not the case.

I think it takes guts to come back and appologize and I admire you for doing it.

Evo: Point of order. I was offended by your words. Whether they were in a signature, or otherwise. And I was utterly offended by the reply that you made, causing JD to blacklist you. Major problem for me. So ... let's talk Porsche, I am glad you're back. While the names and words you used might mean nothing to you, those names are (to me and others) the MOST IMPORTANT names we can think of.
All the best,
Heinrich

In one of his early stand up routines, Steve Martin said that whenever religion came up in conversation, like at a party, his way to kill it was to say in a tone like it's common fact: "Religion is so mythological and arbitrary that by virtue of its methods excludes metaphysics."
I couldn't agree more, I think. Special 928's was it?

How many have watched the Holbert LSR video and noted the side mirrors that appear and disappear (without leaving mounting holes), only to reappear later. Of course the tape said the record breaking car was just a "run-of-the-mill/anyone can buy one" regular car. Obviously two (or more) 928 were hauled out to Bonneville. So what else did they do to that "regular" car? 170+mph is pretty special in my book,

"Religion is so mythological and arbitrary that by virtue of its methods excludes metaphysics."

That is how I view the theory of evolution. I'll use that quote in future, thanks!

If only I could understand a word of what you're saying?

suppose I should rather stick to Porsches.

Parnelli, Where in Oregon are you?

Others, I am a firm believer in God but unfortunately believe many "religous" people are hypocrites. If Evil can't use his harmless yet offensive signature then it's only fair others don't promote their religion, or lack of, which can be offensive.

Can someone explain to me what several people found offensive about EvilEVO's signature? Is it something I'm not seeing? It just looks like a bunch of words to me.

Here's a little insightful philosophy offered up by a former Prime Minister of Canada for anyone to enjoy: "If you live in a place where nothing ever offends you then you don't live in a 'free' place."

BTW, I realize that this board is not supposed to be a 'free' place, but I think most Americans value freedom above all else.
