"Even your size 32 would require the demise of many many worms and a whole lot of mulberry leaves "

Thanks for the support and not being afraid to say how you feel guys.
I fully agree with evil that every one has the right to live his life they way he choose BUT, do it in private and and not in a way you specifically go out to offend others.
I can only feel sorry for him, he's in for a big surprise someday.
Now lets get back to enjoy our sharks.

Hey guys, i know Evil Evo since before he joined Rennlist and he is a good guy.. I guess he has figured out the codec of the 928 forum now so let's treat him like one of ours when he returns.
I have rarely gotten to know anyone with as much passion for cars, and especially 928's.

And there I was jumping into this thread cause I thought I was gonna see all the special 928s out there logged in one place...
I even brought this one to the party http://mapage.noos.fr/928cs/Medias/P...pwld_46_64.jpg but I'm afraid it's too late.
Another subject gone south. Man I hate the internet sometimes.
Cheers,
Pierre.

1 The car has what looks like TechArt ehnahcements - those are definitely not Porsche made.
2. These cup wheels were not available in 1988.
3. Weird non-Porsche rearview mirrors and painted side markers.
4. 292 km/h with 229 rear wheel hp - give me a break! Not even the GTS can do that! With the MAF, the sea level should not make much of a difference.
5. Hans Halbach? Yes, I met the guy before. He is real, but those days it is easy to fake a letter in Photoshop.
My take is that this is nothing but an Aprils Fools joke. A bad one.

back to the sig issue
I am afriad I have to agree with EvilEVO that he should have been allowed to keep his sig,
now I do not agree with it as I dont believe in satan or god, however ppl should be allowed to believe what they want to and state that they believe in it as much as they want,
I personally disagree with the bases behind religion entirely however I dont go around telling ppl that becuase they believe in god I refuse to talk to them or ban them from talking to other ppl, that is a completely IMATURE way of dealing with it, as a truely mature person could look past that,
by seeing how ppl take offense to someone saying something about satan is really disturbing, if that is what he believes so be it, let him, that is like saying in the 14th century when they were burning witches at the stake for F.U.C.K., (the true origin of the word which stands for: For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge), was the correct thing to do, yet it was not the correct thing to do, how would say the christians resond if they were told because they were christians they were not allowed to register or post on the board and if they did there would be a fine, the owner of the board would have a law suit on there hands so fast,
if EvilEVO wants to put in his signature that he likes or just believes in satan let him, OR BAN ALL RELIGION FROM THE BOARD!

Being naturally boring and getting back to the question, I have an 81 registered (82 model) Jubilee model - so far as I know it is the only one of the 140 built that is still running around in the original colour. By the way, this is not the Weissach model....

Marton, your link isn't working but think you mean this text:
"At the end of 1981 Porsche launched a special series of 140 Porsche 928 S cars in a meteor metallic finish to celebrate the company’s 50th jubilee. These exemplars were luxuriously fitted in wine red leather and fabric, and the seat backs were embellished with the ”F. Porsche” logo."
Believe that's so called "Ferry Porsche Edition". Any pics, especially of front seats? There used to be one somewhere in web but quess now long gone.
Erkka
1992 928 GTS 5-speed standard model
Oak Green Metallic 22L
Classic Gray MX

Also - Sweanders - if you'll vouch for him - pop me an e-mail or have EvilEvo pop me one. I'll explain to him why I banned him for now, OK?
Best to you,
John

Not to continue the "god" debate, but right now I'm just thanking it that this board HAS a moderator (and he likes the '28, heheh). For comparison, check up on some of the ones that don't.
