86 928s both window seals on exterior seem short. I’ve searched the forum to see how normal this is with no success. Any guidance here? Picture attached for reference. Bothe side are identical and don’t look damaged.
they appear to have been replaced and i would guess that they need to be slid rearwards.
NOTE try spraying some WD40 along the seal to frame and see if it will move
I install these seals with DC111 that prevents corrosion and make the seal able to move if necessary.
NOTE work the seal after its been in the sun so the door and seal have time to warm up and become more flexible
