When I look at the 928 registry I am seeing just a few us cars in the color Horizon Blue 37X. First year of the color was 1991 from what I can see. Only 2 in the registry for 1991,. and about 7 GTS (some duplicate entry's there)

Anyone know of any other 928's in Horizon Blue for the US?

Not for the US but I know one Horizon Blue 1991 S4 in Montréal.
With a Cobalt Blue interior.
Not very many indeed.

I believe that is the other US model besides mine. I know it was in Canada and had a blue interior, where mine has a triple grey interior

Five paint cans indicate the rarest of the rare, the unicorn colors. One paint can is reserved for the most common colors. 2-4 are somewhere in between.

PET has 8 Horizon blue GTSs, all early or late '93s. 3 5-speeds, 5 automatics.

I'm seeing 8 1993 GTS entries and no duplicates, though I would note we also show a single '94 model in there.

Harvey - If you're referring to production number 0042 that's listed twice, please note one entry is an early production '93 and the other is a late production '93. If that's not what you're referring to, please advise so I can correct it. Thanks

Yes 0042 was the one i saw as a duplicate

So my guess is only 10 928s in Horizon Blue. To me that is rare.

It's fairly rare for sure. I bet most of the cars that were painted that color were 911s. Hence the 3 cans instead of more.

I have an auto 944 that is Nile Green Metallic. Rennbow says that is 5 paint cans, so I guess I have a unicorn, a very slow and asthmatic one...
