Hey everyone, been a long time lurker of this forum for at-least 2 years now via google searches, and you guys have helped me with many issues for the last couple years.
I tried to do a thread search on removing the 1981 Porsche 928 fuel injectors but came up short (maybe an issue with the keywords I used not sure).
With that, I was wondering if anyone could point me towards some documentation on how to remove the 1981 fuel injectors (maybe someone could share a page from a manual); I believe the '81 uses the L-Jetronic injectors. I wanted to remove them for cleaning due to many clogs from very old fuel lines.
Thanks in advance!

They're easy. Undo the wires, then both ends of each fuel rail.
Then undo each bolt that holds each individual injector to the intake manifold and remove the fuel rail and injectors.
Than use a soldering iron, wood burner, etc and "cut" the fuel hose hose on each injector. Try to avoid using a blade as you can easily damage the barbs and cause a fuel leak after reinstallation.
Then undo the circlip on each injector and remove it from its mount along with removing the large rubber o ring it uses as a buffer. Et Voila you have a free set of injectors
You don't need to cut the ferules that cover the ends of the fuel hose, save them and reuse them if you can!
