Hello! Need some help with identifying some wiring. I was changing out the horrible aftermarket stereo for a for a more OEM (went with a Cancun) and as I was replacing the driver side interior panel I ran into this mess of wires. I think the two black wires in the background are for my after market radar detector that, frankly I hope is now disconnected but I am worried about the other mess in the foreground. My left door speakers (hi-fi option so 2 in the door) are not functioning. All other speakers are working fine. Planned on addressing that later but looks like I may be into that now. Is it possible these wires are a part of that? Or are they something else.
I have the wiring diagrams but I feel illiterate whenever I open them. Appreciate any help. Thx!!

So the wire coming from the engine bay I believe is directly tied to the aftermarket radar detector I mentioned. I think it’s getting power from the cigarette light but I don’t know for sure. I am worried about pulling it all as I am afraid it could screw something else up. Frankly I am a novice, especially with electrical so am a little worried I could make it worse. Appreciate your help!
With the pod out-of-the-way now’s a good time to trace where that wire goes and if it’s not factory wiring carefully remove it and re-join any wires that were cut to install it take pictures before you do any work
Make sure you disconnect the battery before you do any work on the pod as it’s easy to short out the switches as they slide through the pod and you will smoke wires
For a good guide to following wring diagrams see @Alan 's very helpful introductory PDF. I don't see it listed in his signature anymore but I'm sure he still has it around. Following the diagram will still suck but you'll at least know what everything means.
