Custom Porsche 928 Watch
#17
Work in progress
any pic can be made into a background-
in this case the hands are not functional-
I have seen apps where you can create a custom face and even a chronograph- (which would be cool)
but they are $2.99 a month- stupid
need to create a cool square face background that compliments the 928-
I am a big Tag fan and have always loved the Monaco

Ron, thanks for staying in touch with me about my watches. As I explained, the one I listed personally at $250 is just that - one. The rest of them I listed in my much more expensive Rennlist Business Membership and those are at $300. I enjoyed talking with you about this and the chance to kind of explain the apparent conflict. As to the one listed privately I can still give you your choice between what looks like three different versions of the watch that I have. Two of them are shown and differ in how the band is mounted and in the style of the hands. There is the typical wide band mount and then the kind of unique narrow band mount. The hands are either pretty much straight wedge shaped or pretty much elongated diamond shaped. With the wedge shaped hands is a fully red second hand and with the others is a second hand with a red tip. However I also seem to have a kind of unique watch in the bunch that has the wide band mount, the long wedge shaped hands and a completely silver second hand. I suspect that that is the one that you are going to likely want to buy.
This post is in my personal membership because it is the one in which I am selling one of my watches, pretty much personally. The rest, if any, will be in my business membership.

Too much with the 928 band? I don't know how you get MORE sharkish than using the Weissach axle to connect the leather band to the watch, red stitching on black leather band ala steering/dash stitching for draped leather 928 versions (or red pin-striping on leather seats), stainless brake calipers on drilled/slotted brake rotor for bezel, hood shield (wheel center-cap shield) at 12 on dial, German tri-color stripes, redline RPM graphics, and 928 body outline at 6 on dial.

I'm a 'less is more' watch guy. I like the tachometer effect on the indices. I think that, along with something at the 6 and 12 o'clock positions would be enough for me.
Not the full Porsche emblem, though (which will run you into trademark issues with PCNA). Maybe the 'P' manufacturer's mark they put on the parts?
