So I spent hours and have 3 questions:
On my 1982 Porsche 928 I have remove the intake tubes because a shop had them off and never tighten a few of the bolts when replacing.
1. Before I replace them is it necessary to put 120 grit sandpaper on a flat surface and sand down the surface where the gaskets sets?
2. These are dry gaskets correct?
3. What is the torque spec for (16qty) M8 x 35 bolts that hold the intake tube down to the head?
I did try to find these answers on the form but could not find the torque for an 82 and just wanted to confirm the first 2 questions.
thank you

In order:
1 - Not a bad idea. Depends on how flat they are now.
2 - Yes, dry. At least I think so.
3 - Tech specs show 15 N-M, which is about 11 ft lbs.
