I have the above car as part of my collection and thinking of selling it. What would be a good price and would there be any interest?

Looks nice, but with that little information, not very much. We need to know this before a proper est can be proffered:
Automatic or 5 spd?
How old are the timing belt, water pump, and fuel lines?
What works, what doesn't work? (AC, pwr windows, sunroof, pwr seats, odometer etc)
Original paint or repaint?
What condition is the interior (seats and dash specifically)?
What yr is it (S4 is vague)? I don't see a radio shark fin antenna, so my guess is 87 or 88.
How many miles?
How old are the tires?
How long have you owned it, what have you done with it?
Are you wanting to sell world-wide or local? Anyone bidding world-wide will be factoring in shipping.
All of these items (and prob more that I haven't mentioned) influence the value. If everything works and maintenance is up to date, the value goes up. If it has needs, the items required could be expensive and will detract from the value.
A single pic with no info is a cat in the sack and worth about as much.

owned it a year and maintained it well
it was a barn find so it stood for long. Runs very well though. We did an engine management system upgrade

i don’t want a lot for it but want an enthusiast to buy it and live it.

Trans refresh, torque tube, bearings/rack/tie rods...
It's an age thing, no so much the service schedule in the book.

If you cannot find a buyer for it in your country you are probably asking too much for it. Selling it overseas will not make it any easier or profitable for you. I don’t see anything about it that would prompt someone to go through all of the trouble to buy it and ship it.
It’s just an S4, automatic, that needs paint. If everything else is very nice (probably not though) it might be worth $10-12K US, including shipping. Much less if substantial maintenance and repairs are needed. Just reduce the price to what your market says it’s worth and sell it.

^^^This. Things being what they are now in South Africa, I can't see a foreign buyer for this car. By the time it gets sold there may not be a car to ship anymore. Move it for the best price you can get now, maybe to a member of a foreign embassy that can collect it from you and secure it safely.

Do you have more than 1 pic? Severl pics of the interior, engine, and passenger side would help.
VIN would help decode the options.
