Default spare tire
so this car comes with this blow-it-up spare tire? If you have to use it can it be deflated and put back in the tire well?

yes. take out the valve stem core, put a ratchet strap around it and collapse it.

Be sure you keep one in the tire well. It is an integral part of the energy absorption system for crash worthiness.
