Default need help identifying HVAC controller

I have an unknown HVAC controller. Here is what I do know:

Faceplate shows recirculation option in Celsius

What I have is:

BEHR 90.952.02.097 on the circuit board

90.90106.089 on the circuit board

94.112.41.117 slider assembly

Clamshell 94.139.41.217

Clamshell 94.139.41.197

Is this some sort of date stamp?

Does anyone have pics of the recirc vs non recirc (the slider track on the circuit board)

Not sure exactly but given the recirc position at the far left I'd guess it's a 91-95 ROW model head unit.

I'd agree but when I got it the relay had been replaced but the gear for the top slider was MIA. Based on this pic from Theo's site

mine has the merged pins like in the picture, but I'm just trying to verify.
