Default 5-Speed Reverse Light Pin

All,

You all know I have been chasing a non functional reverse light in my 91 GT. After beating myself to death checking all the wiring and connections and everything checked out, we thought it was the switch. Got a new switch and that did not work... in the end, it was a stupid $7 part which is the pin that pushes the switch from inside the transmission that was worn out. If anyone has a reverse light issue on a 5 speed and the electrics are working, check the pin to make sure it is not chewed up before you spend $100 on a new switch for no reason :-D

Who would consider that pin a "normal wear" part? Nice find!
