Speaker re-edging

1995 GTS, rear panel speakers, 6.25" or 6.5"(depending on how & where I measure) have both failed.
Seems like the foam "edges" have deteriorated from age or adhesive failure.
I'd like to keep the original speakers for the "originality " factor.
Does anyone have a recommended vendor who can re-edge or experience doing this repair themselves?
I'm in the southern NH geographic area.
Likely other speakers in the vehicle have failed similarly, I haven't removed grills form the others yet.
Thanks in advance.

Springfield Speakers sells a kit for the 6.5" woofers:

Actually, they used to, now says out of stock. Which is a bummer. Perhaps try Simply Speakers in Florida?

Sorry, total lurker/ noob, but here is a thread from earlier this year where a member goes through the process of re-foaming:

Apologies if that's not the info you're looking for.
