I replaced the front apron. I have a ton of pictures of the process.
I pulled the engine, did a waterpump, timing belt, oil pan gasket, complete refresh. Brand new hardware. If I got a hand on it it was replaced.
Also, replaced all the intake valves. They were all slightly touched. That was a surprise and I have no explanation to offer.
Car runs and drives. It is a beast.
I have all the parts to complete the restoration except the AC condensing coil. There is a brand new front bumper cover for it. The PSD unit is out and will need to be rebuilt.
It comes with red aero mirrors of red stock mirror's. You choose. :-)
There is a dent where the DS mirror mounts (see picture). There is a dent in the PS drip rail (see picture). Windshield was cracked in the upper driver side corner during attempt to remove upper windshield trim.
The apron will need to be repainted. My rattle can job was less than optimal.
Had a Porsche certified shop verify it is straight. They found the front DS sway mount was pushed back 5mm, but that was really the tip of the mount, not the mount itself. I found something they did not. Where the DS tow bolts to the rail the mounting area is bent. It is my belief that this and the sway bar mount damage was from an early accident. It will be easy for your body guy to straighten it out.
This is it pretty much. If I missed something, I'll correct it.
What do you know about the wreck in 2014? No details I can see. Camboinc (Brian) does not even mention the huge crash right after he bought the car then sold it to you. Just curious and it might not be any of my business

The way he told it it happened when he took his eyes off the road to look at the instrument panel. When he looked up there was not enough runway to stop.
