It's nice example, but there is wear on the steering wheel that does not jive with the low mileage and ownership history. There is an entry in the 928 Owners Club registry. Mileage there ends around 58k in 2015.
I would guess that car spent a lot of time outdoors while in Las Vegas. Cracks inthe dash and pod, the gap between the center console and dash indicates a warp - Not uncommon in cars that spent years in the sun.
And given the interior wear, it calls into question if the paint is original.
If I was a potential buyer I would reach out to Pete (El Greco) on Long Island for an inspection onsite.
On a side note, what is up with the sunroof surround trim? Looks like it was removed and reinstalled badly.
Interesting, that actually looks like iris blue pearl (could be cobalt blue too?). I had an iris blue metallic 1986. Pic below. It is lighter; paint code 33P (see 928 Paint Codes (928gt.com) for complete paint codes and years). The PCA Rennbow colors shows many shades of blue, and the closest (but not perfect) is the iris blue pearl. Here is a photo of my iris blue metallic:
The wear on the center console buttons (windows, etc) also seem inconsistent with the indicated low mileage.
It would be a shame if it were a respray, but even if it is the factory original Iris Blue Metallic, pictures just don't do that color justice. As with many Porsche colors from the 928 era, it is a very "dynamic", "alive", and "interactive" color. It tends to make any of these Porsche colors surprisingly easy to warm up to. I would focus more on whether everything else on the car adds up.
Here is a 993 thread dedicated to the 90's Iris Blue Metallic:
There are apparently two of the dark Iris Blue Metallics from the 90's, with one containing Pearl. (Edit: I didn't see linderpat's reply when I posted mine - the 993 thread mentions a Midnight Blue Metallic as also being similar to the Iris Blue Metallic, and Midnight Blue Metallic (along with Cobalt Blue Metallic) was available as a Special Color for 92-95 928's. The 80's Iris Blue Metallic like on linderpat's car is one of my favorite 928 colors!)
77K in 2014. Not driven much after that, according to CarFax (free from the selling company's web site). One left rear qtr panel and rear bumper incident/repair in '09 with about 60K miles. A year and a half ago, showed 79K. Could have been 2 different owners in that last 2k miles??

I have a 95 GTS in Midnight Blue Metallic and it's quite a bit darker than the Iris Blue
There is no indication of salvage title in the CarFax. Only the one rear quarter/rear end damage. There does seem to be quite a few 'service provided' records over a short period of time and few miles when it was in Vegas. Hard to solve problem?
It should be easy to find the registry entries for the three IB GTS 5-speeds and eliminate RDK’s and mine. I’ll do that later (tonight) if no one beats me to it.
Here are the three Iris Blue 5-speeds, with the option codes that are not conserved across all 3. From the factory, RKD's and CarChick's cars were utterly identical from an options standpoint. The Ebay car has heated seats but no sport shocks, no cloisonne center cap crests, leather parking brake handle or leather shift **** insert.

In the registry, it's car # 26 of the later build '94's

It is not RKD’s car. That I’m certain as I worked on it right before he sold it.
