Default Spare wheel types

What spare wheel types were there, and when were they used? Here's a few pics of various types I've seen. Specifically want to know what types were used in what years/ markets.

To my knowledge, the alloy #2 was used for 1987 S4 (earlier?) and the red #4 was used for 1988 and later 928s.
The red come from a law in the UK, if I remember correctly. A temporary spare rim must be another color than a regular rim, or something like that.

My '87 ROW has #2 with the 2 valves on it - including the two outer rim yellow stickers (and another on the inside about max speed, I just checked.
My '89 ROW has the red one #4.

Both my cars were originally UK delivery (C16)

I think there was a different size for GTS to fit over the brakes too? Or is that what #5 is? (I haven't seen a GTS spare)

For the Australian delivered Porsche cars , we received }

911 SC / 911 3.2 / 911 Turbo ( 1978-1989 year models & earlier 911's) the steel wheel ( painted silver ) in the 3rd photo down ( very heavy )

928 & 928S ( 1978-1985 year models ) very similar steel wheel ( painted silver ) in the 3rd photo down ( very heavy )

928S ( 1986 year model ) 928S4 ( 1987 year model only ) & 951/ 944 Turbo ( 1986 / 1987 / 1988 year model ) received the very light and expensive to make ( one piece split alloy rim ) alloy wheel in the 2nd photo down , Porsche was so exited about it that Porsche dedicated an entire page in the 1986 Porsche Service Information Technical publication for the 951 & the 928S ( these wheels are not painted ) & have a one off 951 part number , meaning it was most like intended for the 951 & then Porsche decided to install it on the (1986 / 1987 year models ) 928 as well

928S4 / GT 1988 - 1991 ( year models ) received the cast alloy and painted RED spare wheel in the 4th photo down ( not as light as the ones described above , but no where near as heavy as the steel ones

928GTS ( 1992 - 1995 year models ) & the 968 ( 1992 - 1995 year models ) received a very similar cast alloy & painted RED spare wheel , except now in a large diameter ( 1" larger dia ) to fit over the Big Blacks front Brembo brake callipers that the GTS had , the 968 didn't really need the larger dia spare except for the 968 Turbo S that had the Big Reds
