Get a cold chisel and a hammer and collapse the perimeter of the bushing shell into the center of the rack hole. Repeat three times. If you have an air hammer you can use that, just be gentle on the aluminum rack ears.

 

For the people who installed the 3 peice cross member, how did you put the front two bolts that connect the middle on? It seems almost impossible to put on. I can only fit an Allen key and move it .005mm at a time
