Turn Signal Repair
Can a turn signal assembly be rebuilt from a donor?
The right/left turn signal does not hold, forcing me to hold the thing left or right at turns. I found a used one from an 81, but the metal that contacts the ring on the wheel is broken off, so I can't just swap the unit out.
Has anyone been able to do a swap of parts on this thing? I've got bigger problems on the car, but I figured I may as well try to do this while the steering wheel is off getting the new leather stitched on.
