I wonder what the factory people were thinking when they got the order to use this color. Lots of interesting conversations on the shop floor.

Porsche a produced many cars in this configuration, for the Geneva auto show.
There was at least an S4 and a GT, if I remember well.

There was a matching pair of 911 and Cayenne in Mint Green (exterior) with just about every available option selected.
Both of them were stupid expensive.

I can't find them with a quick search, but they were on here somewhere.

Not to my taste, but definitely interesting.

Unfortunately I didn't save the interior photos of the Cayenne which has accents done in the same color as the exterior.
If I recall, the MSRP of that Cayenne alone was $300,000 and they had it reduced to something like $270,000 at the time because the customer decided to bail.
I hope the dealership received a huge non refundable deposit before ordering that pair.

That's them.

IIRC, there was a bit of debate over whether they were actually ordered by a customer, or were 'showcase' cars. That is, cars that were intended more to show what could be done.
