Tracing a non-functioning hatch release on a 93.GTS Here's what I have: Power at the fuse(26). No power at T14. Am I right to assume the problem is behind the fuse panel?

This won't help you, but it may help others - I recently replaced the white nylon part of the catch mechanism (supplied by 928 Int). It's more awkward than you'd imagine as the entire mechanism has to be disassembled involving drilling out four small pins as well as the large one on which the catch pivots. The remote relase now works again perfectly.

Power for the pull switch (next to the handbrake) comes from the interior door lights. This is so it cannot be operated unless the doors are open.
This may help.
This may help.

Does it have the "Do It Yourself" manual transmission, or the superior "Fully Equipped by Porsche" Automatic Transmission?

I do appreciate the replies, but, as I stated above, there is voltage at the fuse (26), no voltage at T 14 as it exits to the hatch release. I have door lights and interior lights. Looks like I will be pulling the fuse panel to trace the wires.

Got it working with Wally's help and the FSM. Loose wires at the hatch motor were the culprits.
