I found mine were stripped, and, using part numbers that I found here on Rennlist, I contacted our one and only Porsche dealership here in Western Australia.
I was thinking it was an outside chance, but, hell, a long-shot is better than no-shot.
The response was surprising: "Several of each in Melbourne, you can have them by Tuesday, and over 2500 in Germany."
Price was steep for what amounts to a few cents worth of plastic - about USD $12 - but there are plenty available.
