Bronze v Green glass after tint.
Hello I'm closing in on getting my 81 street ready. I wanted to replace the passenger side door glass because it has a chip on the top edge. I found a replacement on eBay for a great price.
Once delivered I realized the hue did not match what came out of the door and I did some quick research to find the bronze v green hue based on years.
I don't want to install it outright since it'll be forever slightly off, but I was also considering getting a subtle tint on the windows 50 percent or so. Does anyone have an opinion on whether the green v bronze would be noticeable still after tinting? Thanks.

Not sure. I would think it would have some effect, based upon the dispersion of light through the medium. The tint guy should know, and maybe show you a couple of samples so you can see the differences, if any.
